Our Premium Communications Messaging Infrastructure (PCMi) is a bundled service offering for our
customers. PCMi provides a single point service contact for their entire communications
infrastructure. We bundle Internet connectivity, a premise based market leading VoIP PBX system
or hosted VoIP services with local and long distance, pre-screened e-mail accounts (spam and
virus filtering) backed by our monitoring and alerting services. These services are delivered across
our network for assured performance of your messaging infrastructure and are completely managed
by DNS Connections.

Monitored 24x7 with alerting capabilities for the customer - Are you an IT Manager? Do you
sleep at night? Know that your Internet connection is monitored and alerts can be sent to
you automatically if your custom thresholds are met.

Premise Based VoIP PBX - Assures that
voice quality and performance is on par with
that of traditional TDM based services
(Analog, PRI). Feature rich offerings from a
system perspective.

Reduction of communications expenses - When new advanced services are combined
there is a significant reduction in operational costs.

Message Security - Included in the package is pre-screened messaging service from Postini,
the largest anti-spam and anti-virus screening company in the world. Messages are screened
for spam and viruses. Reports are sent out the next day of messages in question and an
online portal gives each user access to their "message portal" to view any messages captured
and in question of delivery.

Hosted PBX - DNS provides the PBX, customers use our phones. Service includes basic
calling features with advanced optional add-ons such as Auto-Attendant, voicemail to e-mail
