DNS Connections - Internet Access Services

DNS Connections offers Internet access directly or indirectly through our business partners. DNS
provided access is served out of one of the most fiber rich facilities on the East Coast. Our
network is comprised of redundant Cisco routers and switches which provide high speed assured
routing of your VoIP/data traffic. Each of our peering routers has upstream connections to provide
maximum uptime of resources. Our facility is secured by 24 hour security which is video monitored
24x7 with strict access policies and procedures.

Guaranteed bandwidth - Know that if you need the bandwidth it's there. Our network is
designed and constantly reviewed for optimization. We treat every network we work on as a
living object that requires consistent attention for best performance.

Monitored 24x7 with alerting capabilities for the customer - Are you an IT Manager? Do you
sleep at night? Know that your Internet connection is monitored and alerts can be sent to
you automatically if your custom thresholds are met.

T1/Multi-T1 -Fits the need for Small and Medium sized businesses with modest bandwidth
requirements. Always on dedicated transport facility is used. Speed options range from 1.5MB
to 6MB.

T3/DS3 - High capacity transport facility for customers that have outgrown the T1/Multi-T1
or 10MB Ethernet connectivity solution.

Ethernet (EDIA) - For customers who have outgrown the T1/Multi-T1 service and do not
require a full T3/DS3 of service. We currently offer speeds from 6MB to 45MB.

Reliable Connectivity - Our network is purpose built from the ground up. We designed our
network to be reliable and we have the SLA's to support it.

DNS Connections proactively monitors customer's connections, core infrastructure and servers
which encompass threshold alerting and diagnostic troubleshooting before a disaster strikes. With
our monitoring service DNS has different subscription tiers that customers can choose from.

Identify and isolate any network anomalies - Proactively trigger events and respond before
incidents become business impacting. Triggers can be set up to alert such things as latency,
packet loss, CPU utilization, memory utilization and disk space.

Easy to use online portal - Gives you access to all the elements monitored in one display. You
can drill into specific elements for granular information.

Multiple avenues of alert notifications - Alerts can be sent to e-mail accounts, distribution
lists, Blackberry accounts and text pager.
