DNS Connections Consulting Services range from network audits of telephony, WAN connectivity
and local network data. We then in turn formulate an action plan based on the results following the
guidelines determined in the project scope. This can range from optimization of telephony/WAN
services, finding more cost effective solutions for the budget minded customer or even determine
your local network state.

Using various tools available, we provide the data to the customer in a workable format for their
specific needs.

PC/Server State - PC/Server state deteremines the OS version and any patches installed. We
then compare this to listings of recommended service packs from the underlying software
manufacturer. This ensures any vulnerabilities with the core operating system have been patched
to form a more secure system.

Voice and Data Network audit - Depending on requirements DNS will run through a complete
assessment of customers communications infrastructure. This helps when going through
migrations of service providers, making sure all network data has been captured for a successful
migration or even additions to the existing facilities.

Contract Negotiations - Working on behalf of the client with either the existing service provider
or our business partners we can determine the project requirements, gather contract data and
review for the client. The review encompasses the technical requirments as well as the terms and
conditions, which may or may not include any modifications and pricing.
